Welcome to Grow with WeHit. These Terms & Conditions explain how our services work and what you need to know before using them. Please read everything carefully.
1. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only provided if your Meta ad account is banned or disabled.
- If you haven’t applied for an ad account, your portal fund will not be refunded.
- Refund processing time is 28 days from the date of request.
- Only the remaining balance in your portal is refundable. Setup charges are non-refundable.
- If you deposit funds but don’t run ads, Meta may deduct $50 from the balance. (For example, if you added $100 and didn’t run ads, only $50 is refundable.)
- Refunds are processed via UPI, USDT, or Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT).
- Bank delays may occur; please allow extra time if needed.
2. Support Policy
- Our support team will not help with: buying ad accounts, running ads, or setting up third-party assets.
- We assist with: setup charges, access key issues, reactivation, panel login, refund steps, and top-up guidance.
- Always follow the steps shared by support; failure to do so may result in denied requests.
- Regular response time is 20–30 minutes. It might take longer during high traffic or training.
- Our team can guide you, but you must complete the refund or issue process yourself.
- Always confirm payment details before making top-ups. We are not responsible for unverified transactions.
- Please share the correct username and other requested details during support conversations.
- We are not responsible for lost passwords or incorrect usernames.
3. Ad Account Disabling or Banning
- Not following our ad run process can result in instant ad account bans.
- If your panel is inactive for 15 days, it will be auto-deactivated. Reactivation fees apply.
- Inactivity for 1 month leads to permanent deletion. No support or refund will be provided in such cases.
4. Replacement Policy
- Replacements are not given if ad budget instructions are ignored.
- VIP Members are eligible for replacement coupons in all cases.
- Smart Members get replacement coupons in select cases only.
5. Commission Policy
- Commission percentages are based on your monthly ad spend.
- If you don’t spend the promised amount, your commission can be adjusted.
- The minimum commission rate is 3%.
- If you begin spending again or increase your ad budget, your commission may increase.
6. Use of Brand & Assets
- You are not allowed to use Grow with WeHit’s name, logo, content, or design without written permission.
- Unauthorized use will result in legal action.
7. Credit Card Top-Ups
- For credit card top-ups, the USDT value is fixed at ₹100 per USDT.
8. General Terms
- Grow with WeHit is not involved in USDT trading of any kind.
- We only provide USDT to help you top up your ad accounts.
- Grow with WeHit is only responsible for the Sales Contact Numbers mentioned on our official website. Any other contact numbers or accounts using Grow with WeHit branding are not associated with us, and we are not responsible for their actions.
- Terms and policies may change at any time, without prior notice.
- By using our services, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- In case of any dispute, the final decision will be taken by the Grow with WeHit team.
